Board Materials PCB Requirements File Extensions Shipping/Receiving Definition
 

 

All of the standard FR-4 board material that Procyon PCB Inc. stocks are double sided ½ oz. copper unless marked as one ounce copper. Unless specifically stated all thicknesses of materials are listed in mils.

Choices available:    

            FR-4

            8, 10, 12, 14, 21 (1 oz.), 24 (1 oz.), 28, 31 (1 oz.), 34 (1 oz.), 39, 47, 62, 93, 125 mils

            Single sided FR4 0.059" with 1, 2 and 3 ounce Copper
            Single sided FR4 0.031" 1 ounce Copper.

            Single sided 1/2 oz. 4, 8 and 10 mil materials for multilayering or custom made FR-4 substrate material.

            FR4 UNCLADDED (No Copper on either side) available in 59 mil and 125 mil
 

            CEM-1

            59 mil Single Sided 2 oz.
            59 mil Single Sided 3 oz.

            CEM-3

            59 mil Single Sided 2 oz.
