Our standard drill sizes are listed in millimeters:

0.2*, 0.25, 0.3, 0.35, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.65, 0.7, 0.75, 0.8, 0.85, 0.9, 1.0, 1.05, 1.1, 1.15, 1.2, 1.25, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.65, 1.7, 1.75, 1.8, 1.85, 1.9.

(7.9, 9.8, 11.8, 13,8, 15.8, 19.7, 23.6, 25.6, 27.6, 29.5, 31.5, 33.5, 35.4, 39.4, 41.3, 43.3, 45.3, 47.2, 49.3, 51.2, 55.1, 59.1, 63, 65, 66.9, 68.9, 70.9, 72.8, 74.8 mil)

Holes of 2.0 mm (79 mil) and larger are cut using a 2.0 mm contour router.

There are no limitations on the number of holes to be drilled or the number of different drill sizes you want to use. For thru-hole components, you must make sure the hole is large enough for the addition of copper plating of 17um.

A minimum of 5 mils of copper should be left around via and plated holes to prevent the lifting of the copper from the substrate. This is very important when using any Teflon material due to the adhesion issues.

Please export your dill file data as *.ncd format and ensure that the file is from a clean start. Sometimes old data can still be on file and exported as part of the file.
