Prototype Solder Mask:

Procyon PCB, Inc. now offers a dark Green LPI Solder Mask.

We also offer a prototype solder mask made of a high quality, temperature resistant and stable polyimide film.

Procyon PCB, Inc. also offers three different thicknesses of polyimide masking, all with a 0.001 inch adhesive. Our masks are all "Fire Rated" and come in 0.001, 0.002 or 0.003 inches thick.  All of our polyimide masking is of a golden color and darkens to a reddish color as the material gets thicker.  Please click on picture for sample.

                                                                               

We can not guarantee cutting polyimide solder mask for fine pitch SMT components.
